INKING ROLLERS
Having excellent ink handling properties DELTA ROLL Conventional, Mix and UV inking rollers besides Ebonite and Rilsan coated rollers, offer the highest chemical resistance and durability, even under the toughest working conditions, guaranteeing the same quality of printing at all times. Rollers are coated with special premium quality compounds which are optimized to achieve much better resistance to abrasion, high temperature, deformation and chemicals.
DAMPENING ROLLERS
DELTA ROLL Dampening Rollers, having homogeneous water distribution and uniformly stable water film layer formation features, are produced by specially developed rubber compound recipes to ensure perfect water (dampening solution) transfer with Conventional, IPA reduced or “0” Alcohol (IPA Free) options.
POST PRESS ROLLERS
DELTA ROLL Lacquer and Varnish Coating, Glue application, Lamination, Hot Cellophane and Cellophane Pressure, Film and Foil, Folding machine, Drawing and Transport Conveyor rollers and reels, CTP and CTCP plate processor rollers are all coated with various compound recipes according to international quality standards having many different properties including excellent transfer and mechanical features, resistant to various chemicals, high temperatures, pressure and mechanical stress, high friction, abrasion, cut and tear.
